Dmitry Leonidovich Davydov (Russian: Дмитрий Леонидович Давыдов; born 22 February 1983, Amga, Sakha/Yakutia) is a Russian filmmaker and actor. He graduated from the Pedagogical Institute and worked as a psychologist, teacher, organizer of the children's movement and school director before turning to filmmaking. In 2014, he made the feature film «The Bonfire» on his own. The film was in post-production for more than two years. The film had its world premiere at the 21st Busan international film festival in 2016. (2016) Member of the Asia Pacific screen Academy.
