    Humaima Malick was born on the 18th of November, 1987, in Quetta. She was discovered at the tender age of fourteen by Saqib Malik, who cast her in a nationwide campaign for Fair&Lovely and Humaima has not looked back since. Humaima rose to fame at a very young age and the stars seemed to be in her favor for she went on to bagging ad campaigns of renowned brands like Pepsi, in which she was the youngest actress, and also Telenor where she played the lead role. Humaima started her career with ad campaigns of big brands and has been associated with skincare and beauty brands like Sunsilk and Lux. she was the Lux girl of Pakistan for quiet sometime and Lux is a brand which has been associated with beautiful women of Pakistani society . She was also the brand ambassador of Samsung Galaxy Series. Humaima Malick is so far the only Pakistani actress who has managed to be brand ambassador of two of renowned mobile companies 'Samsung and Huawei'. Humaima transitioned into the realm of serious acting when she was cast in TV serial Ishq Junoon Dewanagi and Akbari Asghari, both as a female lead. These TV serials established Humaima as a household name and contributed to her sound acting skills but it was not up until Shoaib Mansoor's Bol that Humaima gained international critical recognition and acclaim. This was Humaima's most loved and acknowledged role, she was enchanting as Zainab and gave a powerhouse performance proving that she was not just a pretty face but a very serious actor too. She won various national and international awards for her performance as Zainab in Bol. Her other projects have also fared well at the box office and has established Humaima as a force to be reckoned with in the industry. She is one of the few female actresses of Pakistan who have been bold enough to step into Bollywood and be acknowledged for her prowess as an actress across the border. She has appeared opposite Emraan Hashmi in Raja Natwarlal as Ziya and enchanted the Indian audiences. Her film Dekh Magar Pyar Se opposite Sikander Rizvi, fared very well on the box office and added to Humaima's Kitty of successes. With so many successful projects already in her bag Humaima is surely not done showing the world just how big of an actress she really is. She has Sher, and the very much awaited Arth 2 to look forward to. Arth 2 is a semi-autobiographical film on the life of actress Parveen Babi and Humaima plays the role Samita Patel played in the original Arth. She says it is her way of giving a small tribute to the legendary actress. Humaima's profile has not only been associated with glamour, TV & Film but she has been a favorite choice for promoting social issues as well. She has been selected as only female ambassador by WWF federation to speak about environment issues in Sindh Parliament. None of the other actresses have achieved this honor so far. She was also selected by the Government of Punjab to speak about Women rights in their recent much talked 'Women Protection Bill 2016'. In 2016 Humaima Malick's strong personality and massive fan following has made her the only female ambassador for team Peshawar Zalmi in Pakistan Super League.
